Firstly let me explain that I am very passionate about Property Investment and I really
do enjoy Investing and helping people gain knowledge from my experience.

 I have been helping and working with clients for many years even with Financial Advisors,
Planners and Accountants in helping build Wealth through Property Investment.

No-one can ask for anything more in life than helping people create
Wealth for them selves, this to me is so satisfying and self full-filling.

But at the same time, YES you are all right, I don't do this for nothing,
so I'm going to put everything on the table for you to understand
how NPIS makes it's money.


This is how NPIS makes its money


* Firstly my Property Specialists do all the research and find areas that
have potential for capital growth, working with the ABS Figures and
BIS Shrapnel reports in relation to population movements etc.

* They then talk to the Local Councils for future developments re plan for
Shopping Centres, Schools, Commercial and Industrial areas.

* Once they have pin pointed a couple of ideal areas then they start to
research the vacancy rates, what type of tenants will be attracted in the area
(just remember you can have tenants, but what type of tenant is it), what
is the average rental return and what is the potential for capital growth, etc.

* Then builders are researched as far as, do they have any complaints with
the Department of Fare Trading, quality of work and most importantly
what are the Valuations coming in at, plus there is so much more research that
is made that I cannot reveal here.

* Remember we turn away 80% of the developments for some unknown reason,
but as soon as a Development has met the criteria's of an Ideal Investment,
we then put our clients in direct contact with the developer where they
will pay a Real Estate Fee for the sale, saving them thousands of dollars
in advertising and marketing.

This creates a "WIN-WIN" situation for everyone.

In other words, all my services are FREE and if you don't or do purchase an investment you pay us NIL.

  • I personally sit down with you and look at your situation, see if I can help you or not. See what you would like to achieve, eg. Tax reduction, Property Investments etc, work with you hand in hand.

  • I can refer you to a panel of Financial Specialists that can to look at your current structure and analyse how they can either save you money or restructure your position to gain maximum benefits, show you how to pay off your home even quicker now and when using an investment property, plus tell you how much you can borrow and from which lenders. They will do everything for you.

  • I can also refer you to an Investment Accountant Specialist’s making sure you claim everything you’re entitled to as far as getting your tax dollars working for your Wealth.

  • A Property Manager will take care of your Investments where he will find the tenant, inspect the property at set intervals, and most importantly deposit the money into your account.

  • Just before settlement I come out to your home and sit down with you and train you on how to run an investment property with a Property Management book-especially designed by an accounting firm for easy book keeping.

  • Before Final Settlement the property specialists will inspect your property and if they are happy with the finish of the investment then we will ask you to inspect the property to authorize settlement.

  • 6mths after settlement I will come out to see you just to make sure all is going as planned and everything is set up properly and possibly help you look at further options if need be.

  • You have direct access to myself where you will be able to contact me by phone, fax or email.
