either been contacted by me, or you have been referred by an
associate, or maybe you've just fumbled across it, which ever thank you

I believe

Let me tell you about my self briefly
so you get an understanding how you may use me in your business.
My name is Dino Livanidis;
I am the CEO of NPIS and I’ve been in the Property Industry since the 1980’s, started in
Property Development and later was approached to helping people build
wealth for their “retirement using property” as their vehicle.
I built myself to be head of Heritage Financial Group being
the CEO and Sales Manager, working 7 Days a week which wasn’t my ideal
of a great lifestyle. Financially I really didn’t need to do as
I had built up my portfolio and reaping the rewards from it, so I decided to return to be with my
family in Sydney and concentrate on building N.P.I.S.
As a Sales Manager and the person
that would meet
clients for the 2nd appointment at the head office after a
consultant seeing the client in their home; I was basically the 2nd
step before they would continue to the 3rd step, (looking and
selecting an Investment). I would answer all questions and fears they
may have related to Property Investment and making sure they had all
the information at hand to be able to make an intelligent decision
when the time came to decide.
Due to my success, I was
referred and started to be used by
Financial Advisers/Planners, Loan
Companies to start talking to their clients in giving all the
information about property investment, covering the positives and
negatives and how easy it really is
when done the RIGHT WAY. Clients just need a helping
hand and guidance all the way.

As an “Affiliate” with
NPIS you have 2
options to choose from;

You can use me personally to talk to
your clients which can be seen at your office, in their homes or at
our Parramatta Office, it would be ideal if you could be there but not
a necessity,

Or you may use the properties we have on our list
to refer to your clients, we can help your clients and direct them to
a variety of Investments in NSW, QLD and VICT that have met all of our
ideal Investment criteria's Investment.
Which ever way you go, we still help your client once they have
selected an Investment Property in;

We train them on how
to run an Investment Property which we supply free of charge a Leather
Bound Investment Management Book and give them a one hour training
session to make sure they completely get all their tax deductions.

We review your
clients situation every 6-12 months with yourself making sure all is going
well and to see if any fine tunning is needed, plus see how
comfortable they are in the first Investment and then most clients
that know they can do another one will say they can do another
investment.

We will also
recommend a Property Manager so all Insurances and anything else would
be in place.

I’m
sure you will agree, the Client
is the most important part of our business, that is why we believe in building a
long term relationship with our clients. The better result we can
achieve for our clients the better and sooner we will be referred to
their family, friends and associates automatically.
The power of word
to mouth advertising is under estimated; it is the essence of building
a successful business into today’s world.
As I said above "Comfortability" is another major concern we have on behalf of our
clients, to keep their contribution at a comfortable stage is a must.
As you know many clients have purchased Investment Property way above
their comfort
or debt level, they have lost out when they have the
Wrong Finance Structure
or selected the Wrong
Investment Property.
It’s
our job that they are put into the
Right Loan Structure and
the Right Investment
that they will get a
tenant
straight away and
good type of
tenant, plus to
be comfortable on the first investment and to receive “maximize
advantages” once that is established it will be easier to progress
into their 2nd and 3rd investments.
