The owner (Mr. Dino Livanidis) of National Property Investment Specialists has been involved in investment property and development since the 1980’s. Renovating and developing in Qld , Syd and Melb.

Started using his experience and knowledge in helping people start or build there Investment Property portfolio with Heritage Financial Group at the Sydney office and was offered a transfer to work at the head office in Melbourne as a Team leader and eventually to Sales Manager.

Due to his portfolio of clients at HFG and referral from his own clients base, he realized that he did not have the time to service his own personal clients and run the companies duties. Which left him with no option but to leave HFG and move to Sydney to reunite with his family and concentrate on his own clientele and build a business that people can turn to anytime with quality service in mind related to the home loan, finance or property investment.

WHY was NPIS set up?

Many people in Australia would like to know more about Investment Property in Australia but don’t know who to go to or trust. Many companies run workshops or seminars to gather clientele, we have decided not to go down this track as we prefer a more personalized service by contacting and talking to our prospective client on a one to one basis.

Everyone has different circumstances, needs and wants, this is why we do sit down with our clients for an hour or two and create a relationship with an understanding of what there objectives and goals are. Due to our personalized service we do work on the largest marketing campaign known to man, word to mouth referrals. Plus the relationship we create with our clients is long term, enhanced with information nights, portfolio clubs, Christmas parties, and of course the 6mthly reviews.

As we said before, investment property is a skill, and managing a portfolio of properties requires even greater skill. Many people try their hand at investment properties, and sadly, they fail, due to lack of knowledge and/or experience. 

With one or two investment properties if something goes wrong, you still have an income to fall back on. Having a portfolio of properties requires a completely different mind frame– if it goes wrong, you stand the chance of losing everything.  However, there are hundreds of thousands of people who have got it right and live very comfortably indeed off the earnings from their investment properties.
