Are you aware you have been in the NPIS system for almost
2 years now and I thank you for allowing me to share
information that I feel is very important when investing.
Now, I would like to share with another important fact.
The Internet.....So many people rely on the internet these days
to do everything, even buying property.
Is this considered smart?
Honestly, I really don’t know, as I have not yet been able to determine
if it's
benefiting or not, I guess its great to be able to gather your research.
But to just purchase something with out knowing the details of it to me
seems
crazy, unless you have people that know everything about the investment
and not just some real estate agent.
But if your going to invest in property you need to see property with
your
own eyes and see what happening in the immediate and surrounding areas.
What types of people live there, where is the potential for capital
growth
going to come from.
As we all know that there are people out there that have no
remorse in selling you something that know very well the property
you are purchasing is a true LEMON.
 So my point is that don't just rely on the internet when investing, get
out
and do the yards yourself, remember the old sane.
"Never judge a book by its cover".
We all can make something not so nice seem fantastic with pictures
depending on the angle is was taken from.
I remember when I was In Melbourne and we were concentrating
on Melbourne Investments before the boom had hit and we heard about
